What people are saying...

Coach Carrie is awesome to work with. Her attention to detail shows her expertise both on the track and in the weight room. Even when traveling far away, she sends videos of demos of how the exercise should be done. She has played a substantial role in my track career and I am grateful. On the track she is a sprint guru and provides essential speed drills to make sure our muscles are firing in correct order.

Carrie was an enormous part of my running career and performances in my last two years of competition. Since starting with her strength program, I ran personal bests in every distance from 1500 meters to the half marathon (1:03:57). She was a crucial part of my team that lead to qualifying for the 2016 Olympic Marathon Trials. Not only that, but I am a physical therapist and have been able to collaborate with Carrie to help the performance and injury prevention of other athletes. I have seen multiple strength coaches over my career and would not want to work with anyone else."
