Performance Training

Are you ready to bring your training and performance to a higher level?  Need some tools on how to put together all the parts of your training?  I can help.  I offer ONLY custom training programs designed to COMPLEMENT your current training regimen.  I will integrate strength, power, and mobility activities into your current training schedule, designed to address your imbalances and performance needs.  The intelligent integration of activities is what will improve your durability and improve your performance. 

When you purchase a performance training plan, I become your coach.  I do not limit contact with you.  I provide instruction and guidance as needed.  I will alter your training based on any travel or plans that you encounter throughout the duration of the program.

How It Works
Through skype sessions, phone calls, or in-person meetings (Denver and Wyoming areas), you and I will discuss your injury history, training schedule, and ultimate performance goals.  After that, you will receive a customized strength, mobility, and power program that integrates with endurance activities.  You will receive a document with exercise videos and clear instructions on how to insert these activities and circuits into your weekly schedule.  These instructions include rep progressions, rest times, and which training activities best complement the strength, power, and mobility work.  My activities will focus on enhancing recovery and improving your movement economy.

$100 per 4-6 week custom program
$50-75 per 6-12 week standard program
