6-week strength training program that is adapted from Carrie's training programs for professional distance runners. Modified for beginner and intermediate-level runners looking to improve and stay healthy, this program involves 15-45 minute mobility, movement, and strength workouts to be performed 4-6 times per week. It is intended to be used in conjunction with you current run training program.
