The clinic addressed Why, What, and How to design an efficient and effective strength training program for endurance athletes. The video of the course is now for sale. It includes 3 hours of lecture and 2 more hours of our learn-by-doing and Q-A sessions with our coaches. With your purchase, you will also receive the speakers' powerpoints.
