For Runners Only: Champion Strength, Speed, Mobility Program
6-week INTERMEDIATE LEVEL strength training program that is adapted from Carrie's training programs for professional distance runners. Modified for runners with some lifting experience and high school runners tuning up for racing season. This program involves 15-45 minute mobility, movement, and strength workouts to be performed 4-6 times per week. It is intended to be used in conjunction with you current run training program.
You will receive this program in an interactive pdf file that you can view on your phone or computer. It includes a day-by-day schedule and links to videos of all exercises.
